Do I need a Mat for class? . . .

Yes, we recommend using your own mat for hygiene reasons. We offer mat rental for $1

Do I wear shoes? . . .

Comfortable shoes are recommended for TRX, they are optional for Barre and CoreAlign and not needed for Pilates mat or equipment classes. ToeSox or other no slip socks work well for most classes.

What do the Levels 1-3 mean? . . .

1=Beginner, 2=Intermediate, 3=Advanced. When you see a multi level class it is ok for all three levels.

Are your trainers Certified? . . .

Yes! Our trainers are highly educated and hold up to date certifications.

Do I need a reservation for class? . . .

We do recommend you make a reservation for TRX and Reformer or Equipment classes as space is limited. For other Fitness classes, they are not always needed but good to have. To register, click here or call 925-299-9642.

What is your cancellation policy? . . .

Our Fitness classes have a 6 hour cancellation. Jumpstart, Reformer and Equipment is 24 hours. Private training ranges from 24 to 48 hours, check with your trainer. Late cancellations are charged one session.

What is your refund policy? . . .

Refunds are made for studio credit only. With some limitations, packages are transferable and able to be shared.

Do you have childcare? . . .

We do not have space or staff for childcare. Children under 13 are allowed in studio only with management permission.

Where do I park? . . .

We have free garage parking available which can be accessed from Dolores Drive. Metered parking is also available right in front of the studio on Mt. Diablo Blvd.
