We have three trainer levels...
Trainers in the Master category have upwards of 10 years experience and are certified in more than 1 disciple and are degreed in the movement field. If you have complicated physical issues, you may be served by seeing a Master Trainer
Trainers in the tier have worked at their profession for at least 4 years and completed certifications in 2 or more movement disciplines. They have also completed their post certification in ReConditioning Training
Trainers in this tier have worked with clients for 4 years or less. They may have gone through our Certification process or come with a degree in movement. They are hired for their passion for fitness and have Absolute Master Trainers at their disposal anytime they need guidance with their clients.

In our Assessment we check posture and movement for common muscular imbalances and help you set goals to look and feel better.
