balanced body Mat 1
June 1-2, 2019
Mat I includes an introduction to the history and principles of Pilates, beginning and most intermediate level exercises with modifications, lectures on class order and programming in a group setting, and guidelines for teaching seniors, pre and post-natal classes.
balanced body mat II
July 13-14, 2019
Mat II includes the remaining intermediate and advanced level exercises as well as essential movement principles and training tips for advancing clients to the higher levels. Pilates for sports specific activities are also covered.
balanced body reformer I
august 17-18, 2019
Reformer I includes an introduction to the Pilates Reformer, including set-up and safety, beginning exercises, program sequencing and teaching tips for group classes. By the end of the course you will be able to teach a beginning Reformer class or personal training session.
balanced body reformer II
October 5-6, 2019
Reformer II includes intermediate exercises and modifications designed for group an individual instruction. Teaching successful classes to clients at different levels of ability is emphasized, along with variations on sequences and progressing.

November 2-3, 2019
Reformer III includes advanced exercises plus modifications for sports specific activities, tips for training the advanced client and key exercises for advancing a client.
TRAPEZE/CHAIR/BARRELS MODULE 1
DECember 7-8, 2019
Module 1 introduces the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels to provide a complete education on the Pilates system. Module 1 includes beginning and intermediate level exercises on each piece of equipment along with safety, set up and their role in the Pilates studio environment.
TRAPEZE/CHAIR/BARRELS MODULE 2
JANUARY 11-12, 2020
Module 2 includes intermediate exercises on the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels as well as information on class design in the Pilates environment. Additional information on working with special populations is included.
TRAPEZE/CHAIR/BARRELS MODULE 3
FEBRUARY 8-9, 2020
Module 3 completes the comprehensive Pilates teacher training program with intermediate and advanced exercises on the Trapeze Table, Chair and Barrels. The ThinkFit programming system is applied to the apparatus to create clear guidelines for class design.
BALANCED BODY MAT III
MARCH 7-8, 2020
Enhanced Pilates Mat completes the mat training by adding rings, rollers, bands and balls to the traditional Mat exercises. In addition, Enhanced Mat includes functional exercises for the upper and lower body expanding the Mat work beyond the core to develop whole body strength and flexibility.

Deepen your understanding of the key elements of the inner unit. Together we will build the diaphragm, the deep spinal muscles and erector spinae, the pelvic floor and the abdominals in order to provide you with a clear understanding of the relationship of the inner unit muscles and they importance in lumbopelvic stabilization.

Deepen your understanding of the hip and thigh muscles and how they work to create stability, mobility, strength and power in the lower body. Together we review the bony landmarks of the pelvis, hip joint and femur and build all of the muscles in the area.
AI3d: the upper limb OCTOBER 13, 2019
Learn the key landmarks, joint mechanics and action of the bones along with the origin, insertion and action of the muscles to gain a 3D understanding of the upper limb. Exercises for each muscle as well as each muscle group are included to help you use the information immediately.
