Primal Pilates™ Instructor Training is a program that brings the primal movement patterns into the Pilates repertoire. These primal movement patterns of rolling, rocking, lunging, squatting, pressing, pulling, bending or hinging, twisting and rising to stance are integrated in the Pilates Mat repertoire. The sequencing of early motor development with the grace and strength of animal movements completes the efficiency of this approach to restoring and improving our daily human movements.
In this level one workshop you will learn the exercises, transitions and sequences for the first 2 Levels of the Primal Pilates System. Leave with material you can apply right away to almost any client.
