Restorative Movement restores the health of your tissues through corrective exercise. A whole body approach that begins by working the feet up and progressing through the rest of your body. Informative and effective, Sessions will be individualized to clients goals and needs.
Fun Fact: Grew up playing Rugby and Football, which gave me the opportunity to find new ways of taking care of my body. Through various movement and bodywork trainings, I enjoy blending my diverse amount of knowledge into sessions. I love Learning, traveling, being outside, and cooking good food.
