Education/Certifications: Bachelor of Arts in Law Studies from Russia 2001, Certificate of achievement in Diagnostic Imaging at Lincoln University in Oakland California 2006, Completed Absolute Centers Reconditioning Training Specialist Program in 2016, Basic Life Support Certification(BLS/AED), completed these Balanced Body University trainings Pilates Mat, Reformer, Barre, Chair, Barrels, and Trapeze Table.
Specialties: Natalia’s focus for her clients includes a whole body workout approach based on client’s lifestyle, personal goals, and any physical abilities. Her ultimate goal for her clients is to help find the power in the mental and physical benefits of Pilates along with the strong mind-body connection it embodies. All while working on specific areas such as posture, core strength, stability, and prevention and treatment of back pain.
Personal Story: Natalia discovered Pilates in 2012 in search of a way to gain strength and stability in her body after pregnancy. She immediately appreciated the depth of the work, and its ability to identify and strengthen her personal weaknesses in her body and the positive way that it challenged her mind. Natalia loves the continued personal growth and development her Pilates practice brings to her as she grows and develops as an instructor and gets deeper into the work and movement.
Fun fact: Natalia is fluent in both Russian and English, loves reading, enjoys classical music, and has an interest in social psychology.
