Personal Story: Pam also has vast experience in sports prep, weight loss, and fitness lifestyle management.
Fun Fact: I'm a train conductor and training to become a steam locomotive engineer. Also, became a trainer after watching my mom exercise with Jack LaLane in front of the TV when I was a kid.
