Mission Statement/Personal Story: I want to offer people who have suffered traumatic neurological injury an opportunity to better themselves through movement. I lead my clients in an exploration of their body which helps them better understand the how to stay healthy, gain function and work their way towards recovery. With basic principles of neuroplasticity (meaning the nervous system can regenerate itself) and a strong emphasis on learning movement patterns in proper body alignment, the nervous system can be re-wired to make connections in the body. My program takes dedication, hard-work, focus, and patience, but I find that success of my clients is directly reflected by their effort.
